Are you considering signing up for journalism?

Great! We’d love to have you on staff. Working on the Eagle Edition is one of the most enriching high school experiences offered at ESD. Not only do you contribute to a nationally recognized publication, but also you become a member of the close-knit “J-family.” J-kids work hard, but we always have a blast. Older siblings tend to tell their brothers and sisters to join journalism—the high percentage of siblings on staff is testament to the rewards of journalism.

See the staff in action! Come to Press Club meetings in the Journalism Lab (room 235, upstairs Senior Hall). E-mail the editors if you have any questions. All are welcome.

Interested in becoming a contributor, but are unwilling to commit? Consider becoming a photographer, an artist, or a blogger. Please come by during club period, or if you have too many clubs we would still love for you to take pictures for us.
